Andaiye Al-Uqdah, Esq. has been zealously litigating for nearly two decades on a range of cases from your most complex criminal case to the simple of contracts and wills. She has represented adult and youth on criminal cases, Trials, Research and Drafting of Briefs, Hearings, Arraignments, Pre-Trial Application and Appeals, Drug Court Application and Appeals. Mrs. Al-Uqdah has brought this experience to her private practice and has successfully handled over 5000 cases. As a result, she has maintained numerous relationships and a host of satisfied repeat clients. Her strategy is simple, she diligently monitors and thoroughly dissects each case knowing exactly when to strike hard or when to use a satin glove.

Mrs. Al-Uqdah believes there’s no time to waste. The most critical window for defense work may be the first few days following an arrest, or even prior to formal charges being filed. By getting to work immediately, she often can locate favorable defense evidence and witnesses, and get a “head start” towards defeating the charges. Mrs. Al-Uqdah prides herself in giving each case her personal attention for the best results. Though, she has experience in vast areas of the law, her office primarily focuses on Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Expungements, Family, DUI’s, Business Formations and Estate Planning.

A lifelong resident of South Jersey, Mrs. Al-Uqdah, graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree and received her J.D. from The Howard University Law School.
